Wow, what a great tool, it is a great improvement over my common portable pizza oven that I had. I made four pizzas tonight for a small dinner party, and folks were most complementary of the pizzas. The Alfa Moderno Portable is a great oven for a small household or small party, and has greatly improved the ease of making a great pizza or series of them and clean-up. I ordered a cover for my new bbq. Showed up right on time as advertised. Unfortunately there was a manufacturer defect on the cover ( manufacturer not bbq general ) sent a photo of the defect and they got right back saying that they would forward to the warranty folks and now I am waiting for the resolution
I've only had this for a week or so and haven't had the time to use it but I'm getting nagged about leaving a review. Hence the 3 stars.
